Project management support

Project management support involves working with clients to support them in effectively managing their projects, big or small. This includes providing assistance in relation to establishing project plans, managing resources, developing project deliverables and measuring progress against targets. It also involves providing guidance in identifying and mitigating risks that could hinder the successful completion of the project. 

Our approach

  • identify the project objectives, scope, deliverables and tasks required to complete the project;
  • develop a project schedule with clearly defined roles, accountabilities and timelines; 
  • identify and mitigating risks at the onset and during the execution of the project; 
  • monitor project performance against targets or milestones; 
  • manage scope to ensure that project budget and timing expectations are met; 
  • review deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards; 
  • manage issues as they arise so they will have the least impact possible on the project; and 
  • implement effective change management.
